Hv been single for years and wanting to start one
I swim for stress relief from work. I also play basketball for social game and get some physical. Into the wild (book) has inspired me few years back in uni time to explore visiting different places and trying new things. I volunteer in few meditation centre and buddhist monastery during the trip and had gain some insight about teaching of buddha. Now I basically put aside the meditation practice and revert back to ordinary mundane life just like one normal people in the society trying not to be outstanding.
